Reiki Session
Reiki is a Japanese form of Energy Healing. Rei which means “God’s wisdom or the higher power and Ki which is life force energy, together simply means spiritually guided life force energy. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit. While fully clothed you’ll lie on a massage table, tucked in with a blanket & eye pillow, as Reiki is administered by laying on of the hands or a few inches off the body. Things you may experienced during a treatment vary for different people but the most common are feelings of relaxation, wellbeing, security and sensations of warmth or coolness. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method that everyone can use. Reiki may be scheduled by itself or purchased as an add on to a massage session.
